The Center Champion Nursing in America hosted a webinar to inform Action Coalition members and affiliates of the Future of Nursing: Campaign for Action about key issues regarding Interprofessional Collaboration as it relates to the Institute of Medicine’s recommendations in The Future of Nursing: Leading Change, Advancing Health.
Participants learned the importance of interprofessional education and collaboration as a priority of the Future of Nursing: Campaign for Action and how the interprofessional education competencies were developed and the benefits of implementation them in education best practices.
