Rapid Response Teams . . . Nurses in Action

Abstract

This article represents the findings of a project that evaluated rapid response teams as seen through the eyes of the nurses who use them. "Nurses described rapid response teams as quickly bringing needed resources to patients and, when necessary, facilitating patients’ transfer to ICUs.
