Abstract
Partners Investing in Nursing's Future (PIN) is a partnership of the Northwest Health Foundation and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation supporting local foundations to invest in nursing workforce solutions. Partners Investing in Nursing's Future helps local and regional philanthropies develop solutions to the nursing workforce shortage.
PIN program goals include:
- Supporting innovative and collaborative projects that address local nursing issues;
- Leveraging and increasing the interestand capacity of local foundations to work on nursing issues; and
- Establishing a partnership model thatensures the success of programmaticgoals and objectives.
