Employers hiring BSN graduates or encouraging existing ADN's to bridge to BSN?
As demand for BSN trained nurses rises, are employers prepared to offer incentive to bring in new BSN graduates or will they be more apt to provide incentive for their existing work force to advance their training level? It seems that if the latter is more likely, productivity will decrease and costs will increase? im just curious to know if there is a trend that exists?
