Nurses Supporting Nurses—Important to Patient Care

Nurses stand up for the rights of patients. So why should they not do the same for each other?  This question begs an answer. In a recent online magazine, CCNA’s director, Brenda Cleary and other nursing professionals shared their thoughts on why nurses should support their colleagues, not only in health care settings, but in all aspects of the profession. Cleary noted that issues important to nurses often overlap with those important to patients, and that promoting the nursing profession, therefore, is good for patients, too.  Read more here.
