Nominations Requested for Outstanding Home Care and Hospice Caregivers

Nominations due by July 23, 2010. 

In an effort to celebrate Mother Teresa's 100th birthday on August 26, 2010, the National Association for Home Care & Hospice (NAHC) and the Caring Institute are accepting nominations of home care and hospice caregivers—nurses, aides, or volunteers—who embody the enduring, positive spirit and committed service of Mother Teresa—someone who is driven by, as she herself said, the joy that can be found in "transcending self to serve others.

Be sure to include your contact information (phone and email) and for the nominee: name, length of time and nature of work serving in home care and hospice, agency/organization and additional relevant information.
