New Jersey Nurse United Nations Global Health Conference Chair

Mary Norton, RN, EdD, has been named Chair of the 63rd United Nations Annual Department of Public Information/Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) Conference. Norton views her role as chair as an opportunity to improve global health, the focus of the conference. According to Norton, "Health is more than managing disease. Good public health requires setting goals and priorities, identifying the skills and resources needed to implement programs, and being able to measure their quality."
