House Labor – HHS Appropriations Bill Increases Nursing Workforce Funds by $92 Million
On July 24, the House voted 264-153 to approve $73.7 billion in discretionary funding for Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) programs in FY 2010. Funding for Title VIII Nursing Workforce Development Programs increases by $92 million.
