Strategic Integration and Operations Senior Manager
Tina is the Strategic Integration and Operations Senior Manager for the Center. In this position, Tina will manage the day- to-day operations supporting the implementation and operational processes for CCNA. Tina came to the Center from the AARP Foundation where she worked for over six years as an Assistant National Director with the AARP Tax-Aide program. Before joining AARP, Tina was a Program Manager for Rallying Points, an initiative of Last Acts, which was a Robert Wood Johnson Foundation funded national public education campaign to improve end-of- life care in America.
Tina has over 18 years of experience in developing and coordinating national and local programs and services for older adults. She has also been a director of a Senior Health and Wellness Center in Maryland, and spent several years as a project manager at The National Council on the Aging, Inc. focusing on intergenerational programs, senior centers, and senior employment.
She is most of proud of her early work in caregiving at the Los Angeles Caregiver Resource Center. She looks forward to continuing to work on behalf of family caregivers and the services they need to help their loved ones through difficult health and long-term care challenges.
Tina received a bachelor’s degree in Gerontology from Weber State University in Utah and a master’s degree in Social Work and Gerontology from the University of Southern California.
